Rafal96 0 Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Hello, recently we have migrated the database from the previous ESET Protect 9 server on CentOS to a new ESET Protect 11 server running on Rocky Linux, while keeping the previous addressing. However, as a result, I would like to report an issue regarding the connection of the ESET Business Account license. When attempting to add a new license through the ESET Business account, we receive an error message, which I have detailed in the attached file. The same occurs when trying to add a license key. In the attachment, there is a screenshot from Wireshark. Please provide technical support in resolving this matter. Thank you.
