In 2023 I've renewed license for the old and now discontinued "Eset Internet Security". https://www.eset.com/es/hogar/internet-security/#c9547619 Right now im using the free upgrade from "Eset Internet Security" to "ESET HOME Security Premium" wich I don't even use. (Im running the version I paid... I don't need vpn, password manager...) I want to renew and DOWNGRADE the license back from the "ESET HOME Security Premium" to the old "Eset Internet Security" wich now is "Home Security Essential" (I understand the fact that "Eset Internet Security" is now "ESET HOME Security Essential", I just want to be able to downgrade from "Premium" to "Essential") Every time I click in "renew" it says I have to renew the "ESET HOME Security Premium" but I want the "ESET HOME Security Essential", there's no button to downgrade or change the product... I don't want to pay 49.99€ when the product I want is 39.99€. I've tried EVERYTHING from changing the license in the AV program, checking everything in myeset... I followed the official guide, and didn't worked. https://support.eset.com/en/kb7896-upgrade-campaign What can I do? Im lost and there's no way to do it. Quote * Auto-renewal subscriptions will be automatically renewed with the upgraded product unless you manually downgrade the product before the next billing date (which commonly is 10 days before the subscription expiration date). Therefore, it is required for auto-renewal subscription owners who want to cancel this upgrade to do so at least 11 days before the subscription expiration date. If your license expiration is within 10 days of expiration and auto-renewal is in effect, you can't downgrade the product. Your Eset Home Account will show if auto-renewal is in effect.
