Since yesterday the ESET Parental Control App on my Android smartphone does not accept the password anymore when I try to change the settings or temporary deactivate it.

The same password is working on the web portal  https://home.eset.com/  or  https://parentalcontrol.eset.com/profile

The app seems to communicate correctly with the servers because it's still possible to add minutes when the allowed time expires.

I cannot reinstall the app for the same reason, I need to insert the password that is not accepted.

It seems online account and the app are not in sync anymore for some reason, is there any way to re-sync them?
