Aygi Perra 0 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I have recently bought an ESET home security essential, Oening an ESET Home with email and my name and phone number. I completed all the steps and inserted the activation code at the ESET Home. Everything went well and it says the subscription is active. When I click the protect device button it says "No subscription available to activate protection". When I open the show all subscriptions, at the top it is written waiting for verification, I tried to resend many times but it did not work. No emails were sent to my Gmail address but when I try reset password I got the mail of it. So where is the problem? Can you please help me or else I cannot download the software on my PC
Administrators Marcos 5,450 Posted March 12 Administrators Posted March 12 Most likely the problem is a typo in your license email address which differs in one letter when compared with your forum email address. Please contact the distributor ADAOX who sold the license to amend your license email address. License verification will not be required then.
