Both of the manuals are very well written and organized, and use a very simple easy-to-read layout, well-illustrated with screenshots where appropriate. In keeping with its size and complexity, the User Guide is bookmarked and has a clickable contents page to make navigation easy. There is even a link in the document to download the most recent version, which we find very thoughtful. The Knowledge base articles and videos are of the same excellent standard."
