Retrieve from DC all the logs of the various client PCs

I would like to ask for advice and a solution from you who are familiar with this software. I have a Domain controller with eset file security and about 15 workstations with eset,

I would like to have the possibility to retrieve the logs of all clients on the domain controller server and if possible to have the information if the detection was blocked or not.

Also I wanted to ask if there is a centralized management version to both scan the entire network and to block or delete detections.
