Not receiving verification email after being accused of overusing license

Got ESET Internet Security not long ago. And I've reinstalled my PC twice. ESET said Im "overusing" the license.

ESET said I have to verify my subscription ownershiop to remove the device by email. But I have never received the email.

Please advise. Thanks.

I was unable to find any license registered with your forum email address. Please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

Where did you buy your license from?

The verification email was sent to the license owner's email address sxxxxxxxxxxx6@hotmail.com.
