Fey Extractor False Positive

Fey Extractor can be downloaded from a link on the page hxxp://www.feytools.com/fey-extractor/

 

I think the program is OK but eset identifies it as Win32/DownWare.L potentially unwanted application.

 

I try to submit it to eset as a False positive file but get an ESET Live Grid dialog saying Failed to submit sample for analysis.

If you really think it doesn't fit to the classification as a PUA then you can submit it to ESET by following the instructions here.

If ESET says something is bad, it is. Deal with it
