I am not receiving any e-mail , although I tried by resending email verification request several times. Public ID: 3A9-2HH-EEA Recently , I changed my email address on ESET HOME , but I have access for both e-mail addresses (Original one- the one which ESET HOME account was created and the present one)
Administrators Marcos 5,451 Posted February 13 Administrators Posted February 13 Did you change the EH email address via EH? I still see it added in the original EH account. Couldn't it be that you have created a new ESET HOME account instead of just changing the email address in EH?
Solution hgi 0 Posted February 13 Author Solution Posted February 13 I changed only Email address in the original ESET HOME account. Problem fixed: received mail from Eset support România. They update the licence with new email address.All good. Thanks!
