Password Manager Subscription about to expire

Hello

I've paid for ESET Home Security Ultimate, with expiry date in 2025 ( Upgraded from a previous subscription~) However, I got a message in the app to say my Password manager subscription is going to expire in 10 days. I thought that was covered by the Ultimate subscription?
