I got a message that i needed to verify my subscription (3A9-7JW-JH8 ?). I've been trying now for 2 days, but i never receive the email, and i'm sure its correct because i used google login  :) pretty all my email arrived in like 10seconds, but the eset email i just never receive. not in my inbox, not in my spam box :(

 

On a side note: while trying to post this i had to create an account and i used the same email and needed to verify it, and that email arrived instantly, so it seems there is something going wrong on the home account verification page.

Please contact the distributor or reseller that you have purchased the license from. It appears that there's a typo in your license email address which contains double "s" instead of one. The license issuer should amend it on files.

If i check the application is says to verify my ESET Home Account with my email address. There is no typo in the displayed email address. I created the account using my google email, which is also the one i created my account with and which i logged in with. There is no extra characters in either of the emails displayed. I've been using ESET products for more then 15 years now, yet somehow now i can't verify my license which i actually just added?

I've no idea what my reseller has to do with any of this. It is my account, with my google email, the google email that i use to actually log in with, so you know the email is correct as. I've added the subscription to my own account and its only your system which is not sending out an email. I must says this is not the experience/support i expected from ESET 😞

 

I've send my reseller a email, but I've not received a response yet.

Haven’t received a response from my reseller and no help from ESET with a new subscription and a product saying it won’t do what I paid for making it useless.

You’ve now lost a customer as I’ve switched to another antivirus/security provider and will be switching over my families pc’s as soon as those expire or exhibit the same issue.

Funnily enough a colleague asked me for advice yesterday on which product he should get and I always used to suggest eset, this was the first time I suggested another product.

As I wrote, there is obviously a typo in the email address since the license email and the ESET HOME email address differ in one letter "s":

This can be amended only by the license issuer which is ESET Brazil. Please contact their sales or technical support to amend it.

Did you activate a 30-day trial license after installation in the product? The above trial license is registered to 3xxxxxx5@axxxxxxxxxxxxt.top. Trial licenses don't require an ESET HOME account, just fill in the trial license activation form after installation and the trial license will activate automatically.
