Exclusions are not being processed properly ?

Hello, I have been having some of my files being deleted because ESET is detecting them as "suspicious".

 

I have added the path to the folder as an exclusion for any detections and extracting the file in question to the folder.

However its instantly deleted again, Is there a way to stop this happening ?
 

(other than turning off realtime protection)
