egui.exe high cpu utilization

I used EEA 5.0.2237.1 in Windows XP SP3.. Most time it work well. But sometime the egui.exe will use high cpu utilization. If this situation happened, the computer has to reboot or it will freeze continue.

 

Could someone help me to resolve this problem? Thank you.

Please downloadProcdump to create a complete application memory dump of egui.exe by running procdump -ma ekrn. When done, compress the dump, upload the archive to a safe location and supply a download link to Customer care for analysis. You can also drop me a pm with the download link so that I can check it out myself.
