FDE ignores proxy settings

Since ESET FDE version the proxy settings seem to be ignored.
We configured the ESET bridge proxy in the "connection" tab in our FDE policies.

Subsequently the activation is not working, as efdeais.exe tries to connect the license server directly.

The only solution for us was to downgrade to version in order to activate all our clients.

Hi @contauro,

This is a known issue and will be resolved in an EFDE Client Hotfix we are going to be releasing very soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, we will strive to ensure it does not happen again.

Thank you,

Hi Kieran

Thank you for your response. What is the ETA of "very soon"? Is it matter of days or weeks?

Thank you
