Hello i bought licence ID 3B3-XEU-W63 few days ago i didnt recived any verification email i tried to create 3 tickets but got no answer. Also there doesnt seem to be an easy way to just resend the verification i cannot find it anywhere.

A verification email was sent to the license owner's email address rxxxxxxxxxxb@outlook.com. Where did you purchase the license from?

NewEgg should have supplied you a full license key with e-mail delivered purchase receipt; assuming this was a key card based purchase. You can use this key to activate Eset.

I'm pretty sure that is my brother's email address, I'll have to ask him. It should, however, be under my email address as I'm the "admin". I log into the ESET website with my email address and this license does show up, but it doesn't let me validate with my email.

My email address is zXXXXXXXX1@gmail.com

Is there a way I can change that from the management screen? Or will I need to get on a call with my brother to see if he can forward me that email?

You brother should approve the verification email he has received. Alternatively you could contact the reseller or distributor who sold the license and request a change of the registration email address.

This license is registered to eXXXXXXXXXXXX4@outlook.com. Where did you purchase the license from?

It came as part of a bundle PC that I just bought some days ago.

both of those emails are mine. I tried first with the @outlook.com, then with the @gmail.com, but in both of them the verification email was not received.

Then you have probably made a typo in the @outlook.com email address, otherwise no verification email would be sent and the subscription would be added right away. Please send me that email address via a personal message for a check.

This license was issued by a Sri Lanka reseller for activation and use in that country. It's registered to Uxxxxu Sxxxxxxxxxe (exxxxxxd@hotmail.com).

Please ask for a refund and purchase a license from an authorized distributor or reseller in your country.
