I log into the ESET website with my email address and this license does show up, but it doesn't let me validate with my email. My email address is zXXXXXXXX1@gmail.com Is there a way I can change that from the management screen? Or will I need to get on a call with my brother to see if he can forward me that email? Alternatively you could contact the reseller or distributor who sold the license and request a change of the registration email address. Then you have probably made a typo in the @outlook.com email address, otherwise no verification email would be sent and the subscription would be added right away. It's registered to Uxxxxu Sxxxxxxxxxe (exxxxxxd@hotmail.com). Please ask for a refund and purchase a license from an authorized distributor or reseller in your country.
