Updating the ESET Agent on mobile devices without a LAN connection but with Internet connection

Hello, we have a virtual ESET Security Management Center Server Appliance

Server: 9.1.2301.0

Agent: 9.1.2304.0

Rogue:1.1.615.1

 

The agents on the mobile devices are constantly not updated if they are not on the LAN. Can you change the setting so that mobile devices always update? Thank you... Ralle
