ESET ignoring file and folder exclusions

I recently ran a scan of my C drive, wherein ESET removed a bunch of license files for various Sketchup 2019 plugins.

I was able to restore all of the files, but the MSS_Licensing_source.so files for the SKIMP file importing plugin keeps getting removed.
I have added a folder exclusion in Detection Exclusion, AND a file exclusion in Performance Exclusions.

However ESET is ignoring both exclusions and removes the .so file each time I replace it.

Is there something I can do to stop this?

I am running a trile version of Internet Security.

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector. Note that the on-demand scanner can be set up to ignore exclusions.
