problem with two-factor login

Hello, I use Eset Smart Security Premium. I have a problem logging in to my Home Eset account. When you try to log in and enter your password from the authentication application, you receive a message that the numbers are incorrect. The Polish distributor cannot help solve the problem. The proposal to cancel the account and re-create it with a different email address may end up being the same as in a similar case last year. Then I followed this solution and could not upload the data file again. I had to manually enter 120 passwords in the program.
Can't you delete two-factor authentication and solve this problem? There is such a solution in other, various types of programs. Only the phone number is deleted and the problem is solved. Does anyone have an idea to solve the problem?

Unfortunately we can't help you here, it's necessary to contact the distributor who should then communicate the issue with ESET HQ.
