Windows 8.1 action center doesn't know virus protecition of eset smart security 8

Windows 8.1 doesn't know only virus protection module of eset smart security other modules of eset are on on Action Center , just for virus protection i got a alert on action center look the picture below : hxxp://i.imgur.com/bqyLjnx.png , i don't know why is happen this everything worked great since this week , i never had problems with eset before

but when i enter those commands on same cmd page i got two erros , so still i have the problems
