False blacklisted

Hello, I work for the IT in an organisation and 3 emails/domain have been falsely blacklisted:

 

I've send a email to sample@eset.com but still no answer after 1 month

Samples@eset.com does not deal with antispam. Please follow the instruction at https://support.eset.com/en/kb141, "Submit spam or spam false positives" or escalate it via a support ticket. I've briefly checked the domains and they were not blacklisted.
