SMD 0
I am faced with the issue of ESET not recognising my network as trusted. As such, each time I log in to my laptop, I am forced to manually change the status to "trusted" and also mark the network my "My Network". Is there are fix for this issue? Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted December 5, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 5, 2023 Are you referring to Network Inspector or network connection profiles in the Network access protection setup?
SMD 0
Hello Marcos, I am referring to Network Inspector tab in the ESET dashabord. In the attached screenshot, it displays as "My Network" since I manually changed so a few moments ago. Not sure about the network connection profiles though. Solution itman 1,746 Posted December 5, 2023 Solution Share Posted December 5, 2023 (edited) Open Eset GUI -> Network protection - Network Connections. Select your network connection and right button mouse click on it per below screen shot. Select Edit and change network profile from Public to Private. Once changed to Private, you can additionally set the network connection to "My Network." Edited December 5, 2023 by itman
