Guest OPM Posted December 2, 2023 Share Posted December 2, 2023 Does eset really makes its users have to contact support in order to cancel auto-renewal? The instructions here are all wrong and don't work. Anybody have updated instructions on how to resolve this? Very dissapointed. Link to comment

Guest OPM Posted December 2, 2023 Share Posted December 2, 2023 hey marcos i was finally able to reach the portal that allows me to turn OFF auto removal - without your help of course. now it wants me to verify my email. so i went ahead and changed my email to get a verification link - because of course, there is no link or instructions anywhere in sight on that screen to help you with this. i verified my new email and yet STILL does not allow me to turn this off. It claims my email is not verified. i know you find it hard to help someone out to cancel their renewal but its the right think to do. i have already vented my frustrations on 4 other social media platforms and security forums these shenanigans are not worth it! next ill post this on r/assholedesign so, how do i verifiy my email in order to cancel my subscription? Clicking the link in the verification email sent to your license email address will authorize you for full access and you will be able to disable auto-renewal: Link to comment
