I have not recieved my activation code

Hi,

I have purchased ESET security premium for 3 devices (1 year) from: https://store.esetme.com/ (I can provide the order number if it is required)
the problem is, I have received an email of the order confirmation but with no activation code. and the purchase subscription cannot be accessed through the account portal, the only thing shown there is the trial subscription. 
I tried to proceed with 'retirve ESET license', but it only sends me the trial version, not the paid one. 
I sent 2 emails to: service@esetme.com but I got no reply.

Can you please help with this issue.

Since you have already contacted ESET ME, you should get a reply soon. Please take into account that today is Monday, the first day after weekend, so if you contacted them on Thursday or Friday, I assume you should get a reply today or tomorrow.

I also purchased a renewal eset app for my laptop. Long time user first time problem & same problem NO email with activcion code. Cannot get a hold of anyone in Mexico nor Argentina. My purchase was made via the latinamerica eset page. I do not like this.

There is an Endpoint license purchased in June and valid until 12.6.2024 registered with your forum email address. If you are referring to this license, you can retrieve your license email by entering your registration email address here: https://www.eset.com/int/support/lost-license/.
