Good morning,

I have had two Eset Internet Security licenses for 3 years, which I bought in Poland:
1. 3AJ-XNK-SGK (ends 11/30/2023; 2/3 license usage)
2. 3A2-22P-78U (ends 22/12/2023; usage 0/1)

The licenses were activated in Eset home and worked without any problems on 4 devices.

In the case of license no. 2, a few months ago, after reinstalling Windows and trying to add a computer, the system indicates the use of license 1/1, even though the license has no device assigned. When I try to activate it in the program, I receive error ACT.33 (region lock)

Additionally, I recently discovered that when I try to add a device to license number 1, I also receive the ACT.33 error.

I turned to the Polish distributor (Dagma) with problems, but the company claims that the licenses come from an unknown source.

I have already purchased the upgrade for license no. 1, but I am afraid that due to the errors I will not be able to use it.

I am kindly asking for help.

Where did you purchase the licenses? The first one was issued in India for a retail store, the second one in Nepal and is registered to Bxxxxxr Mxxxxxa.

We strongly recommend purchasing a license only from authorized ESET distributors and resellers. If purchasing from online markets or other dubious stores you risk falling victim to scam.

I bought them in Poland through the company (with invoices):

Prime-Soft.pl
Address: ul.Legionów 9 | 98-100 Łask
NIP: 8311476513

All this is very strange - the licenses worked normally for 3 years, I have them attached/registered to Eset Home (different email address than during registration, in the pl domain). Eset works normally on 2 devices and does not report any problems apart from the expiring license.
