Are you attempting to install an Eset ver. 17 Home/Consumer product?

Please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

I had to activate a trial license on another email just to get it running, I can pm you my license key if you want?

The license is registered to Cxxxxxe Pxxxxxxo (exxxxxx3@gmail.com) from Sri Lanka. Where did you purchase the license?

Some digital gaming site either kinguin.net or g2a.com

Yeah sadly sounds like you've been scammed.

Always best to order from an official seller

Don't see how it's a scam if they key worked for 9 months and only stopped after windows reinstall, I take it I won't be getting any help from Eset so time to try another vendor then.

Honestly it is not fair to blame ESET if you purchase a license from an unauthorized seller who sells licenses to several users for instance and the licenses are then canceled. The solution is to ask for a refund and purchase one from an authorized distributor or reseller.
