Account Locked After Purchasing It 2 Months Ago

having tried the free trial i enjoyed the app! went and ordered 1 device for 1 year and was up and running! no issues!

Had to format my laptop yesterday and now im getting told that there are too many devices on my account! ive been in a looked on the account and it just shows my old laptop which it wont allow me to remove!

The Validity says active and the useage status say normal, however when i set up my laptop it says i need to purchase another account!

Feel like ive been robbed tbh and will have to contact the bank and do a return!

This is the message on the account.

Not sure what i means by reseller! and ive had no email with further information!

Thats impossible. i purchased this account using my own email address in the UK

Please let us know what website you purchased ESET from. Do you have an invoice? We don't have any license registered with your forum email address.

i purchased the account from the eset.com website! on the 22nd of September!

i can log into my account on the eset website using my email address and its shows i have an active account valid until 09/22/2024 which is a paid account!

Do you have the number i can call to make a complaint as the eset website is also incredible unhelpful and technical support doesnt even help you.

Please find ESET UK contact information at: https://www.eset.com/uk/about/contact/

The license is added in another ESET HOME account, otherwise a subscription verification request would not have been sent out and your license key would be visible in ESET HOME instead the public license ID:

That's why I asked you what website you purchased the license from. ESET UK (https://eset.co.uk) is our UK branch so they sell only genuine licenses.

this is where i went!

 

strange how im able to log into your website using the email and password that i provided. ill be placing a charge back to my bank and switch to a more reliable provider!

We will contact ESET UK sales on this matter tomorrow and ask them to investigate this case with priority. If you have purchased from https://eset.co.uk then it cannot be scam and I'm sure that things will clear up tomorrow.
