Multiple Instances of explorer.exe

Does ESET have a specialized removal tool for multiple instances of explorer.exe in the processes

tab of Windows task manager?

 

This infection is similar to the Poweliks infection because it uses 100% of the

CPU.  ESET online scanner will not remove it. The online scanner stalls at 97% completion.

Or more specifically, this could be associated with Rovnix, but as I said, you're best to just contact ESET support.
