Disable or uninstall eset on old computer before migrating to new computer?

I am about to retire my old HP desktop and move to a new computer, using the PC MOVER software to transfer files and programs.  Instructions say to disable security or firewall software on old computer before starting the transfer.  Haven't been able to find a clean article in the eset documentation on what to do with eset before moving to a new computer.  Is there documentation for that, or can someone give me steps to either disable eset, or uninstall it, to prepare for the move?

We recommend uninstalling ESET on the old computer while being connected to the Internet so that the seat is freed on activation servers. Otherwise you might need to free it manually via the license manager in your ESET HOME account.
