By default detected threats are cleaned automatically except potentially unsafe and unwanted applications or if a threat was found in a archive containing also other clean/undetected files. The decision is up to you depending on what was detected, where it was detected and whether you want to keep the detected file. Posting a screeenshot with the full path to the detected files and the detection name would allow us to comment on it and advise.
