eset blocks free codecs download,is it a false allarm?

hi

 

i'm running eset smart security v8 last version with last upate (right now) under w8.1 pro 64bit

 

and it blocks hxxp://www.free-codecs.com

 

for example i tried to download lame mp3 encoder

 

here hxxp://www.free-codecs.com/Lame_Encoder_download.htm

 

as soon as i click on a link , eset blocks my download

 

is it a false allarm ?

It's been blocked for about a year already due to a trojan downloader located at the given url.
