Notification when Real-Time-Protection is not working

We need to have an Email notification sent to us whenever RTP is not working (malfunction or disabled) on a client.

I was not able to work out how to make that kind of notification in the ESET PROTECT CLOUD -> Notifications area.

You could create a dynamic group with an expression like this as well as a notification which will be sent when the content of the dynamic group changes:

I was able to get both Linux and Windows clients to be included in my newly-created dynamic group by adding he 'None' variable in the template expression:
