ESEt 8 cant connect to kernel

all the time after i setup eset for about weeks he get thus problem eset become white and he say cant connect to kernel and i cant run eset :'(

Try uninstalling ESET and installing the latest version from scratch.

awwww i done that 56132154687 time everytime i disable compoenet of eset and i restart computer this happens why u dont fix this bug :'(

could not delete key bla bla because you dont have sufficient acces to that key owwhhhh :/ i cant remove it
