ESET PROTECT Cloud 4.2 has been released

ESET PROTECT Cloud 4.2 has been released and is available for use.

• ADDED: Detections are grouped by common attributes
• ADDED: Migration of mobile devices to cloud MDM
• ADDED: Syslog includes the operating system of a computer and the full hierarchy and description of a static group
•  
• ADDED: Product Navigator has a link to ESET Cloud Office Security (will be enabled later in March-April)
• IMPROVED: Active Directory Synchronization (available with Active Directory Scanner v1.2)
• FIXED: Incorrect filter behavior when multiple license statuses are selected
• Various other minor improvements and bug fixes

Upgrade to Latest Version

ESET will be upgrading customers from ECA to ESET PROTECT Cloud from February 21, 2023 to March 7, 2023. During your product upgrade, the cloud service will be unavailable and you can expect a very short (less than 15 minutes) outage of your cloud instance; however, your environment will remain protected .

New customers will not be affected, as a newly generated instance would be on the latest version from the very first moment.

The security of the network will be not affected during upgrade.
