We are using "maximal security rule" with SET Endpoint security.

Since 10.1.2050, it detects networks changes and close VOIP connections (we're using 3CX).

If I change the rule to "balanced security", there's no issue.

Could you please help me to find out why ?

Since there are no substantial differences between the "balanced" and "maximum security" policies except detection levels, I would not expect that using either one would make a difference. Therefore I'd recommend raising a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issue.

Does temporarily pausing or disabling the firewall or disabling the network traffic scanner in the advanced setup make a difference?
