Since 10.1.2050, it detects networks changes and close VOIP connections (we're using 3CX). If I change the rule to "balanced security", there's no issue. Could you please help me to find out why ? Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 5 Administrators Share Posted October 5 Since there are no substantial differences between the "balanced" and "maximum security" policies except detection levels, I would not expect that using either one would make a difference. Therefore I'd recommend raising a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issue.
