Stephane DORION 0 Posted October 5, 2023 Posted October 5, 2023 We are using "maximal security rule" with SET Endpoint security. Since 10.1.2050, it detects networks changes and close VOIP connections (we're using 3CX). If I change the rule to "balanced security", there's no issue. Could you please help me to find out why ?
Administrators Marcos 5,451 Posted October 5, 2023 Administrators Posted October 5, 2023 Since there are no substantial differences between the "balanced" and "maximum security" policies except detection levels, I would not expect that using either one would make a difference. Therefore I'd recommend raising a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issue. Does temporarily pausing or disabling the firewall or disabling the network traffic scanner in the advanced setup make a difference?
