lesleya 0 Posted October 4 Share Posted October 4 Recently I have had a number of alerts to say that my phantom account has been used. I haven't actually logged in using the phantom account. Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 4 Administrators Share Posted October 4 If you are using the latest version 16.2.15, please raise a support ticket. Windows may log into the phantom account automatically and older versions (I recall v16.0 and older) did not handle such logons properly.
