phantom account use - incorrectly flagged

Recently I have had a number of alerts to say that my phantom account has been used.  
I haven't actually logged in using the phantom account. 

What might be the cause of this and how to resolve it?

If you are using the latest version 16.2.15, please raise a support ticket. Windows may log into the phantom account automatically and older versions (I recall v16.0 and older) did not handle such logons properly.

Please raise a support ticket for help with further troubleshooting.

If you can reproduce the issue, collect logs for the support as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and supply it to the technical support.
