tkrombach 0
We have ESET Protect Cloud installed on all our company laptops and activated Full Disk Encryption this year in case one of the laptops gets stolen. Well, the first laptop has been stolen today. How should we proceed to deactivate the licence without unlocking the PC or activating a decryption of the harddrive? Should we just go on the computer details and deactivate the products? Thanks for any help.
