Rontiara 0 Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 I have the latest version of RealPlayer, which is supposed to allow me to download certain videos, but RealPlayer always gives me an error message telling me I'm not online -- which is crazy, because I'm already online viewing the video. We will then move this to the correct forum, which will help facilitate getting this resolved for you. In the meantime if you're using ESS or EAV, you can try excluding the application from scanning: How do I exclude files or folders from scanning in ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus?
