A malicious webpage wasn't blocked

hxxp://bdoaa.org/         is flagged by 8 vendors in virus total and I have ESET antivirus on my device but still ESET didn't block the webpage . I don't have ESET subscription on multiple devices so I could not check whether only I have problem with my one. Kindly check if ESET actually blocks this malicious webpage. Thank you.

It is a legitimate website. If there was still malware I'm quite sure it would be detected and blocked.

In the past we saw malware there too which was blocked but it seems to have been removed already. Also the fact that the number of vendors that block the site has dropped in the meantime and I expect the drop to continue, especially when the owner contacts the AV vendors and asks for re-evaluation:
