No license received after payment

Dears, 

I purchased Nod32 Antivirus 2 year’s subscription yesterday but didn’t get the license Key, i also checked my junk mail and there is nothing.

I contacted support and sales since yesterday but unfortunately no answers. 

Hope to find answers here.
