ITUF 0
Hi, When an email with a virus attached makes it to my Exchange server, I would like Mail Security to quarantine the entire email by default - not clean the virus and send the email on, which is what it's doing at the moment. I don't see the point of the users receiving any part of the dodgy email. How can I configure that behaviour? Regards, Lana.
Administrators Marcos 4,714 Posted December 11, 2014 Administrators Share Posted December 11, 2014 If you use MS Exchange that supports VSAPI 2.5 and newer (ie. Exchange 2003+), you should be able to select action "Delete whole message" in the VSAPI 2.x branch in the setup tree.
ITUF 0
It's Exchange 2010, under VSAPI 2.6 > Actions, it has 'Action to take if cleaning not possible', but I don't care if cleaning is possible - I don't want it to try. The Deletion options appear to be a subset of the Action to take if cleaning not possible setting.
