Hi,

When an email with a virus attached makes it to my Exchange server, I would like Mail Security to quarantine the entire email by default - not clean the virus and send the email on, which is what it's doing at the moment. I don't see the point of the users receiving any part of the dodgy email. How can I configure that behaviour?

Regards,

Lana.

If you use MS Exchange that supports VSAPI 2.5 and newer (ie. Exchange 2003+), you should be able to select action "Delete whole message" in the VSAPI 2.x branch in the setup tree.

It's Exchange 2010, under VSAPI 2.6 > Actions, it has 'Action to take if cleaning not possible', but I don't care if cleaning is possible - I don't want it to try. The Deletion options appear to be a subset of the Action to take if cleaning not possible setting.
