filipposea 0 Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 Hi everyone, Due to an uninstallation problem, i have a client computer, running Windows 10, in which under "Program and Feature" does not appear anymore the item "Eset Endpoint Antivirus", while the Eset Endpoint antivirus is still up and running. This mean that i m not able to uninstall it anymore, but above all i am not able to update it from Eset Protect Cloud cause Protect Cloud is not able to find an "Eset Endpoint Antivirus" to update on this client. I tried even to install again it, using the installer created from Eset Protect Cloud, but the installation stucks, probably due to the fact that the old "Eset Endpoint Antivirus" is still running. Is there a way to clean the machine from "Eset Endpoint Antivirus" in any other way so i can install it properly? I tried even starting the computer in Safe mode, but still the "Eset Endpoint Antivirus" runs so i cannot manually remove the "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security" folder.
