can not connect to eset protect

hi guys

what's happened? ports 2222 , 2223 are open , permisions =administrator 

By installing msi and exe, the client does not become a member of the console.

The network connection is established and the certificates are not revoked.

Please check the username and password for login and make sure they are entered correctly. You can also try to log in using to the ESET PROTECT using these credentials to make sure they work.

The user and password have been checked several times and they are correct. The other user was also checked and the problem continues.

Has the user correct permissions? Try to create another user and use that one. Try to disable windows firewall as well, or create appropriate rule...

Just keep in mind do not use a user with two-factor authentication.

Since there's probably no firewall between the endpoint and your proxy server, opening port 3128 on the firewall should not be necessary.
