Sonos music files will not play with the ESET firewall

Sonos rep got firewall down and reloaded music files to Sonos but when I turned ESET firewall back on it is blocking Sonos access to music libray.  Sonos directions say to allow an app - sonos controller and sonos library - through firewall but I am unable to figure out how to do that.

Please try to unblock the communication via Setup -> Network -> Resolve blocked communication.
