Tmod 3
Hi, Being that those of us that have a ESET product for security purposes and being that we paid for a product that should function correctly why is it you cannot take 16.1.14 and rename it and call it 16.2.15? That way we all get back a fully functioning version of the software we purchased and then spend the time developing that mess that was released when it shouldn't have been? In past message you say this will be addressed later this year but do you really feel that is the correct path to making sure your clients have a proper functioning security program? Reuse the product you already know to be stable and offer the features the customers were happy with. Newer is not always better.
Administrators Marcos 4,844 Posted August 17 Administrators Share Posted August 17 Please provide more information about what issues you've had with v16.2.13. As far as I know, there are no known bugs unlike in older versions.

I am guessing ESET will say that 16.2.11 was released and functioning as intended but that does not mean it fulfills the needs of the masses. Was there any feedback from users before settings were removed or how did the developers come to the conclusion that removing settings was a good idea? Not Marcos statement but the issues all of us have had with the interactive side of things and how it didn't work. I know I had the list populated of what I wanted to allow and deny and after upgrading I had to start from scratch as the popup window that asks would not work then it would ask for items that were already in the list.
