Guest Vinicius
Good afternoon. The Protonmail Bridge app is being blocked by the ESET firewall. When I turn it the firewall off, the app works normally. There are other apps that are being affected as well. Quote Link to comment
Administrators Marcos 4,844 Posted August 4 Administrators Share Posted August 4 Do you use the firewall in policy-based mode? Does switching to automatic mode make a difference? Quote Link to comment

itman 1,602
Based on this posting; Quote Hi! I have a firewall that scans HTTPS traffic, and Proton Mail Bridge does not accept the certificate. (Which makes sense.) I would like to allow the traffic to skip inspection. What domains or IP addresses are accessed by the Bridge that can be excluded? https://www.reddit.com/r/ProtonMail/comments/xsaspx/what_domainsip_addresses_used_by_proton_mail/ The issue is Eset SSL/TLS protocol scanning. Exclude the .exe associated with the Proton Mail Bridge app from SSL/TLS protocol scanning and see if that resolves the issue. Quote Link to comment
