ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted December 2, 2014 ESET Moderators Share Posted December 2, 2014 To be notified of new OS compatibilities (among other things), you can subscribe to the ESET Knowledgebase RSS feed: hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=rss&channel=NEWS
rugk 397
To be notified of new OS compatibilities (among other things), you can subscribe to the ESET Knowledgebase RSS feed: hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=rss&channel=NEWS Great idea! So maybe you know IFTTT... With this service you can e.g. get Feed notifications quite everywhere and so I created some recipes so you can get this information... via email via Android notification or even via SMS And I created much more recipes, so you can e.g. also tweet this news automatically and more... ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted December 8, 2014 ESET Moderators Share Posted December 8, 2014 That is a good suggestion rugk, but beyond my scope atm. And just FYI, one can follow the ESETNA twitter account to receive the same NEWS notifications as the RSS feed (albeit among many other updates not related to KB content). rugk 397
Thanks @foneil. I have made a single topic for this: ESET and IFTTT - More ideas and notifications for product releases in many different ways and more Yes, or (respectively and) you follow @esetglobal or @ESET... And don't forget @welivesecurity. (And if you already have not enough and like some entertainment then you can also follow @GoExploreNet)

ITconsultant 0
It installed on 5.0.2 HTC One M9, but the Anti-Theft remote test does not work. The control panel at my.eset.com returned an error that it cannot communicate with the device, however the device is connected to the Internet and works fine otherwise. The ESET device app shows no indication of anything wrong. I have opened a support case but have recieved no helpful suggestions so far. This looks to me like a major flaw. dom1da 10
try rebooting your phone and try again. rebooting android phones fixes most communication problems Edited April 17, 2015 by dom1da
donnsuil 0
I installed this on my one plus one after upgrading to the Oxygen OS lolipop. The app installs, but when you open it, it appears to try to start, and then closes straight away.
