Administrators Marcos 4,842 Posted July 12 Administrators Share Posted July 12 I'd recommend deploying the managing agent via GPO, Remote Deployment tool, etc. and then installing Endpoint via a software install task. Please read https://support.eset.com/en/kb7655 for more information.

Chanklish 1
i used the server tasks for the management which is installed previously and the endpoints installation .. i cannot see any errors but several pc has failed , no other details are showing
Administrators Marcos 4,842 Posted July 12 Administrators Share Posted July 12 I would not recommend using push installation from ESET PROTECT, there are many prerequisites and pitfalls that may cause the installation to fail: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7807. As already mentioned, we recommend deploying the managing agent as per the instructions in the KB in my previous post and then using a software install task to install Endpoint which is basically a trouble-free process. Chanklish 1
hello 1- how to push the management agent ? 2- how to push the endpoint ? i used protect server tasks for both - the KB you are sharing have too many solutions that i am not able to understand
Administrators Marcos 4,842 Posted July 12 Administrators Share Posted July 12 Do not do a push install from ESET PROTECT. Instead use ESET Remote Deployment tool to deploy the managing agent if GPO or SCCM is not an option. Please refer to https://help.eset.com/protect_admin/10.1/en-US/deployment_tool.html. Administrators Marcos 4,842 Posted July 12 Administrators Share Posted July 12 Quote i used the server tasks for the management which is installed previously and the endpoints installation .. Do you want to install Endpoint on machines where the managing agent is already installed and replicating to the ESET PROTECT server? Chanklish 1
is this correct ? i also create a bridge policy following this : https://help.eset.com/ebe/1/en-US/bridge_policy.html everything was working perfectly before the last protect update .. now all is screwed
