Please Wait for the system Event Notification Service - stopping users from logg of/on to terminal server

Hi team,

 

is there any fix for ESET Server Security from stopping users from logg off/on from server.

At this moment only thing i can do is to turn off the server and turn on for it to start working. I have disabled SENS service temporarily.

Found out that ekrn.exe is causing the problem via this method: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2318901-users-getting-please-wait-for-the-system-event-notification-service-message

When the issues comes ESET can not even be started on the server.

Server are Windows Server 2012 and 2016 at the moment.

Please install the latest ESET Server Security 10.0.12012.0 downloadable from https://www.eset.com/int/business/download/file-security-windows/ which addresses the issue.
