Ali1867 0
Hi Due to the lack of connection of users to the server, we need to delete the antivirus agent from our users' systems. We intend to do this silently through the command, and we do not want the user's system to go to Safemode. Is it possible to execute the command to delete the agent or not? I must also say that we have the agent's password.
Administrators Marcos 4,841 Posted June 29 Administrators Share Posted June 29 You can re-deploy the agent and so re-establish communication with the ESET PROTECT server prior to removing the agent.
Ali1867 0
If we start a new server and deploy the installation package on the systems, will it be overwritten on the previous agent and will the connection be established with the new server?
Administrators Marcos 4,841 Posted June 29 Administrators Share Posted June 29 If you re-deploy the agent, both the server settings and certificates will be updated too.
Ali1867 0
Since the old server is not available, we will start a new server and test this case. But if there is a problem, is there a way to delete the agent by deploying PowerShell command or CMD and Can the script give the Agent's previous password to delete it?
