Hello

I faced with a problem. I have installed agents and ESET Server Security on VM windows servers. Some of the servers installed without problems and activated, the other part installed antivirus, but did not activate. On an network layer it shows error :error "CONNECT epns.eset.com:8883 HTTP/1.1" 407 415 "-" "-" . In an activation task it shows error just "Task failed". 



How to troubleshoot error? I don't have access to a VM server

Epns is not required for activation. I'd recommend that you carry on as follows:
1, enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
2, attempt to activate the product
3, turn off logging
4, collect logs with ESET Log Collector
5, raise a support ticket.
